Redstar as an apprentice

He was a great leader. He died of the Curse of the Blue Fire. His warrior name was Redfur and he was actually a kittypet named Neon. He is the main character in 2012's Bestselling Warriors 3 book, The Forest's Ending. Redstar never doubted his leader Emberwhisker. He said:

"I will never doubt Emberwhisker and never will. I am confident in him, and I hope that he will survive to become leader after me."

It was all very sad when he died. He was killed by Scorch, the FireClan leader. His last words were:

"Be strong, and you will succeed."
